This 19,000 seat arena is the home of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning.  Merit completed over $1,000,000.00 of renovation painting in just over 3 months.  Mortensen Construction completed $50,000,000.00 of renovations in that same time period.  Being good teammates was the key to completing so much work in such a short window.
