This high end condominium was constructed with a stucco finish that we finished with the Sherwin Williams XP waterproofing system.
PINCH A PENNY – PINELLAS PARK, FL
This large tilt wall project received a Tex Cote Textured Coating. In addition we installed joint sealant in all the tilt panel joints and sprayed the entire interior ceiling, joists, and ducts with Dryfall.

One of the most recognizable Hyatt Hotels in the United States. In addition to providing this beautiful exterior finish, Merit installed over 30 types of wallcoverings and dozens of faux finishes inside. At the projects peak we had over 50 craftsmen on site ensuring an on time opening.
